6 years on H1B ending soon - Offer from client

I came to USA in 04/2004 on L1B and been on H1 since 10/1/05(comp A). In May'07, I did a H1B trnsfr to comp B and got 3 years apprvl with petition ending 5/16/10. I didn't file my Labor so guess I have to leave US before 5/15/10. The client hired a guy who was incompetent, got fired and my cntrct was extended till 5/15.Now my client wants me to join as FTE.Are there any chances to take the offer? They can allow me to work from India if req. If they file a H1B transfer what are the chances of 1. H1B rejection 2. Approval for more than the current end date of 5/15/10.The client badly needs me. If H1 trnsfr is approved is there a chance of filing EB1. Can I file for a F1 & full time with the client. Is there any grace period. can my curr comp try for H1 extn. Pls help, Have to packup othewise.
