Can i apply for H1-B transfer without any pay stub?
Hi
I am a physical therapist. I came to USA on H1-B abotu a month ago.
The company who filed for my H1-B is not able to provide me any work saying "no work due to recession". I am on bench and hence have no paystubs/income.
Lately i found a company who is willing to provide me work and is ready to file for my H1-B transfer.
Along with other papers this company has asked for my last two pay stubs.
My question is:
In given scenario if the new company files for my H1-B can it get denied on the basis of no pay stub?
