Q.

I-94 of my wife and 2 sons expired

This is regarding the regularization of I-94 of my wife and 2 sons, which expired on Sept 2007.
Reached US with Employer A on H1B Petition on May 07 2005. My I-94 original was valid upto Sept 30 2007. Changed employers on Feb 06, Nov 06, Jul 07 and Sep 08. My current I-94 is valid upto May 11.
My family entered US on Feb 09, 2007 and are in US since then. Both of my sons are minors (aged 15 and 5).
I-94 of family were valid upto Sep 07 and were not renewed. Now they are out of status.
QUESTIONS:
How the H4 status and I-94 status of my family can be regularized?
Will be a NPT appeal? Can I-94 be corrected (i.e. revised to that of a later Employer’s I-94 which is valid upto Nov 2009) at a US Port of Entry?
What will be cost and how long it will take?
Any effect on GC processing?
