Q.

H1B LCA state? I work from home for my client in different state

I work for a consulting firm in NJ and I provide my services to their client which is a Danish company that has their presence globally.
Client's U.S corporate office is located in KS. But, I work from my home in FL and travel to their plants at different states when needed.
Last year my employer changed my LCA from FL to KS and running my pay-roll in KS.
Question 1: Should my LCA be in FL or should it be in KS ? And in which state my pay-roll should be ran ?
Question 2: In another 2 months I need to go for H1B renewal stamping and I need to get prepared for the below questions, can you please answer for each?
Where do you live in U.S?
Where do you work?
Where is your company located?
Where is your client located?
Will I face any problems once I show my LCA
