My employer is revoking my H1B visa on 02/26/10 and If I don’t find an employer to transfer H1B visa in the meantime then what options (B1,F1) will let me stay in US. Which option is quick and good so that I don’t come under H1B cap when coming back to H1B visa? I don’t even have a time to apply for F1
