Q.

What are my options from H1 to F1

I have a contract position through my h1 sponsored company and I am working at an end client. We can provide whatever documentation is required to do the H1 extension. However, I was planning to apply for F1 on the other side in case H1 extension is denied for any reason. So, if I apply for F1 and COS and both of them gets approved
q1. will my F1 be impacted if in case my H1 is denied?
q2. should I apply for wife's f1 and change myself to f2 until we receive H1 extension?

Also, my labor (EB3) is approved and I-140 will be submitted sometime in first week of May will this create trouble for me if I am on F1?

The last question was that
Can I combine two Diplomas non-computer (associates and Bachelors) plus 5 years of computer experience to prove my EB-2 illegibility?
