I resigned from my company 32 days before.My company had send a letter to USCIS to cancel my I 129 petition. When I tried to see my status on USCIS web page it says Post-Decision Activity We reopened this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER on January 22, 2010, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. etc .. Our review should be completed within 30 days. We will notify .... My question is once their review is completed will they update the message or i will never know if they have ever cancelled my I129 petition or not. till this date 30 days of their review are over. How i should know wether they have cancelled my petition or not. Are they going to update the status message? Eagerly waiting for your email
