Q.

COS: h1 to f1 to H-1B

hi,

I contacted you regarding COS: H1- f1 TO H1B. I have one quick question.

Can I continue being on f-1(Student status), in case my New H-1B petition is denied for any reason?

I remember you telling me the 'Last action rule' in USCIS that, the latest updated status for an individual will be the status of the individual in the U.S.. Please suggest.
