1. I am already on H1 and already registered a company (Inc) on my name. My CPA said that I can neither issue paystub for myself nor
file H1b for myself but I can issue paystub for others without taking any money from the company. My question is "Can I
own and issue salary for any Opt/EAD/GC/Citizens" on 1099 and also receive payments/checks from other company on my company's name ?

2. My wife was on H4 until Sept 30 2009 and she got her H1 approved with I94 until Sept 2012. She applied for her
SSN and waited for 3 months and didn't get it. Due to health reasons, she left to india on 12/27/09 and at port of entreshe gave I94
expired on Sept 2009 not the I94 attached with H1b that expires in 2012. Now she wants to go US Consulate
in India for H4 stamping. Is there any issue?
