H1B Transfer RFE for client letter
B -> Vendor ->Client. B applied for H1B transfer and got RFE for client letter. Even though I am currenty working, client will not issue the letters to contractors.I submitted the primary vendor letter and contract agreement between B and vendor at the first time itself. Still they queried for Client letter. And also, my primary vendor is not ready to give their contract agreement with the client. Can you suggest me the possible documents that I can submit to answer the RFE.My manager at the client site is ready to issue the letter in a white sheet(not a company letter head). Will that be helpful if I notarise it?
