Q.

Dependants travelling after my H1 transfer

I transferred my H1 from employer A to employer B while my wife-daughter (on H4 visa) have gone to India on vacation and are returning back to US on 7th March. I have approved petition since 20th Jan.
All 3 of us have existing visa stamped (valid till May 2011)on our passports (with Employer A).

1) Can my wife-daughter enter with old valid visa stamped on their passports? If yes, can they still come if the old employer has canceled the visa?
2) I am sending new approved H1 petition docs, new employer offer letter (mentioning the reporting manager and client name), payslips, passport copies. Do i need to send something else to be able to show at port of entry?
