Q.

H1B approval (I797B) for the classification requested.

I transferred my H1B from Employer B (consultant) to Employer C (Full time), On Feb 5th 2010 the USCIS online status said it was approved after receiving the approval notice (I797B) it says, the named worker is not eligilble for the requested extention of status. The explanation letter sent says that Employer B has terminated my employement on Mar 2, 2009 and the case was revoked on June 6 2009 (i am not aware or informed with any of these happenings), later from june he ran my pay roll till september 2009 during when i transferred to Employer C. I have a valid H1B stamping till Sep 30th 2010. So, what am i supposed to do, what are my options?
