Q.

Port of Entry

holding h1b visa with consulting company (full time employeee). I-140 approved.
I am working with direct client.
LCA work location is where the client is.

Give weekly report to my company's manager only.


Planning to go on vacation to home country

1. Planning to leave and come back at JFK airport. Is there any problem while coming back to USA
2. Is it safe to go to my home country through canada and coming back to usa from canada as i am a canadian perminent resident and my wife is canadian citizen.

3. Do i have to submit I-94 while crossing border to canada? My visit is going to be less than 30 days. I am planning to go to my home country from canada. So is it ok to keep the I-94 with me?
