I went for H1B stamping in september 09 and got 221g as they need additional information for issue visa.So I went for H4 stamping and came back to U.S.A.Now I got a letter from US consulate to send my passport for visa issuance.


Q1.) As Iam in USA Is it possible to apply for H1 ammendment(So that I can get I94) for same employer?

Q2.) Can I go back to India and submit my passport,Is there any issues for that?
Now If I go back and they issue H1B visa while coming back to USA is there any immigration issues such as i have to show any experience letter or client letter at immigration
