H1 Transfer
Hi,
My visa expired on 9th feb and I94 will be expiring on 19th feb. My premium process extn with current comp is having RFE. If comp B is ready to do a transfer now with one week remaining in I94(lca applied already), will I be considered in status if we get the fedex delivery recpt before 19th and start working for them since getting USCIS recpt will take time. This is assuming if comp A extn gets denial(god forbid) after 19th then I dont have any option.
Please suggest me on this.
