Q.

H1B Stamping Issue

HI,
I applied for H1B visa in Sept09 and got 221g.Now I got a mail fom US consulate on jan 27 to send passport for visa issuance.But now Iam in USA on H4 Visa.How to proceed for this issue? Can I send my passport for visa stamping or any other procedure to solve this?
