Q.

Special registration at departure for NSEERS

I am writing regarding NSEERS.I traveled to Juarez, Mexico on June 11th 2007 to have my H1B visa Stamped at the US Consulate Juarez, Mexico with Victor Garcia who took us to Juarez, Mexico in a taxi without stopping at the border and told us to go back to USA after the interview. At the US entry post they didn’t take my I-94. I went to pick up my visa again on June 28th, took a taxi at 3:00am for Juarez. Again no one took my I-94. Later I coming back I told the officer that due to moving traffic on the bridge I could not identify where to stop for surrendering I-94 and taxi driver took me straight out. I traveled out twice after this. Is NSEERS registration can affect my H1B extension in June, future I-140 or I-485 and what I can do to resolve this compliance matter at this point
