My wife was on h1 and she worked for few months after she lost her job and she did't got any new job.we got married in march 2009 in usa and we applied for COS (h1 to h4). and my h1 is upto sep2009.

I got extension and we applied for h4 from sep30 for my wife.

The i539 applied on sep30 is approved and got h4 from nov23 to sep2012.

My question is my wife status is illiagel in any point.
As the first one is still pending and the second one she she got from nov23 2010 to sep2012.
