H1 Extension pending while i am traveling
Hello:
-I have valid AP from company A,
-currently on H1 status from different employer B
- H1 expired on jan/2010, H1 extension is pending
- still working with company B with 240 days window while the extension is pending.
* I know if i re-enter the US with AP i can resume working on valid H1, as long as the same empolyer.
but in my case the H1 extension is still pending, still i can resume working on pending H1 after ren-enter on AP ??
