Do we have to file for a new prevailing wage document for 3 year H1B renewal based on approved I-140. ?

If Yes, what is the processing time for the new prevailing wage system handled from DOL in washington DC?

I was told by few that since my PERM and I-140 are approved, my employer need not file a new prevailing wage again. Instead go with LCA filing directly.

If thats true, what should my employer enter in LCA prevailing wage form where info is asked about prevailing wage, date through and the source etc?

As per doleta website the new ETA 9141 Prevailing wage determination processing time is not clear so want to make sure if that can be skipped and directly proceed to LCA.
