H1 transfer under new memo
Company A is my end client
Company B is the preferred vendor for client A. They have documents to prove the same.
Company C is my H1 holder
Company C could not renew my H1 and it is rejected under the new H1 memo."Employer Employee relationship"
I have approved I140 through company C but my initial 6 yrs of H1 is over and the renewal through company C is already rejected.
Can company B transfer my H1 to itself now...what would be the process?
