Q.

H1B w/o cos (comp A)-->OPT Ext (comp A)-->OPT Ext (comp B)

Hello,

1st OPT period : Jan - Dec 2009

H1B Details -
Applied with Company A. H1b approved w/o COS in June. As it happens to everyone who applies H1B w/o COS, my Sevis got terminated from OCT 1st 2009. Got a call from Company A in Dec 1st week to apply for OPT extension. Contacted DSO, activated Sevis, got I20 and applied for OPT extension in Dec last week. Got an application received receipt from USCIS for OPT Extension in Jan 2010 1st week.

With OPT ext application in pending (applied with Company A everify #) and H1B w/o COS approval with company A, I want to change my employer and work for Comp B.

1)Is it possible to change employer under opt ext application pending?
2)If I change to comp B under OPT ext, within what time comp A shld revoke my H1B?
