Memo effect on First Time H1B Visa Stamping

I am Indian, came to USA on F1 visa and later got my H1B approved in 2007, but since I have not exited the US at all ever since I came so I don't have my H1B visa stamped. My H1B period is till Sep 2010. My contracting company sponsored my H1B and I am working for a client company. I am aware of the new memo regarding Employer-Employee relationship. I want to visit home soon, get my H1B visa stamped and return back to USA. Please tell me if this would be possible and what options I have. Also my H1B extension needs to be filed this year. Would this be a problem too? Please tell me what would be the feasible solution to this and why are people on H1B being deported back from Newark/NY? Is it confirmed? What do I need to do on my side? I am Muslim - wil I get administrative processing ?
