Q.

H1 transfer

I was earlier in the US for 1 year on H4.Now, I hold an H1-B with an employer A who filed it for just 1 year last year, resulting in my H1-B expiration this year in Sep 2010.
Now, I have an offer from another company B who are ready to transfer my H1-B.

a) Will this H1-B transfer through B also expire by Sep 2010 or can the H1-B transfer make my H1-B valid for next 3 years, the usual H1-B validity?
b) In case of latter, does B need to put some other effort other than normal H1 transfer application?
c) In case of former, what can I do to get my H1-B validity extended? Is an H1-extension only option for me or can H1-transfer itself handle that?
