Emergency Travel
Hello Sir,
I am the holder of the H1B in my family, we just got our H1B / H4's extended.
We do not have a valid visa stamp in our passports, we cannot get appointments in Toronto.
My wife wants to travel back to the UK for a family emergency... if she leaves, can she get back in the USA? can she go to the London Embassy on her own to get the stamp?
Your help is appreciated.
