Travelling to India with visa valid only till July 2010
Hi,
My h1b visa is valid till july 2010 and passport till march 2011. I have travelled to India in oct 2009 and came back in Nov 2009 all fine.
Now I have to go back for one week to bring my wife back in another one week.
Will the fact that my visa is valid for only 5 more months be a problem to get back into USA?
Do I need to have answers to any specific questions the CBP officers ask. What precautions I need to take before leaving.
