Q.

Starting business in H1B visa status

I am currently holding H1B visa, so can I start my own business and continue doing my job, if not can I join partnership with green card holder to start a business.If I start a business, will that affect my H1B status. or if you have any other alternate suggestion to start a business by holding H1B visa, please advise.
