H1B Expired Student Visa CPT Question

My Employer has filed for PERM in April 2009

My H1 Expired on 12/18/2009 and I switched to Student Visa (F1).

I have not yet processed my CPT and still working with my employer. My Lawyer said that there is a grace period of a month where I can work even if I do not have CPT processed. I am still receiving the Pay Check and working.

I am expecting my labor approval next month and was wondering if I could keep working and transfer from Student to H1B(extended) again based on my approved Labor.

Would my Payment receiving impact my Green card process?

You have been great contributor to the forum. Thanks in Advance!

Regards,
DV
