My H1B visa is valid till June 2011. My I140 is also approve in December 2008. I left US in September 2009. Right now I am in India. I have an offer from a company in India. They are demanding a relieving letter from my company in USA. If I get a letter from my employer will my H1B remain valid? What are the options to keep my H1B valid? If my company releases relieving letter will my H1B status automatically get cancelled? How it can affect green card process? I want to work in India for some years and return back to US start working in USA with my current company USA. Is that possible? How? Can I start my own business in India. If I join company in India how they can use my visa?
