“I have a valid H1 B Stamp from my previous employer A with an expiration date of 09/10/2011 and entered into US using that stamp.
I transferred to Employer B within US and got the approved H1B petition from Employer B with the new I797 with validity from 09/18/2009 to 07/31/2012"
I am planning to make a short trip of 4 days to India.So do I have to go for visa stamping in India or can I travel with the old visa stamp and just show my new 797 and latest pay stubs at the port of entry.

Please suggest...I am really concerned.
