Q.

Stamping issue with new H1

Hi,
I was laid off and I transferred my H1 from A to B. Passport has H1 stamp from A till April 2011. I-94 is also good through April 2011. Now, I got new I797 H1 approval notice. If I plan to visit my home country (India) next month then will I be required to go through consulate visa stamping again as I changed my employer ? If not then are there any complexities or things to be taken care of at port of entry while coming back ?
