H1B VISA sponsorship from nonprofit organisa to profit based org
I am a medical resident, working with H1B for a(NOT FOR PROFIT) hospital in Pennsylvania.My medical residency will be completed in June 2010.I have offers from PROFIT BASED Organization from new jersey with start date of July 2010.
Q1)Is it possible to get H1B for PROFIT based
organization with a start date of July 2010.
Q 2)It may take up to 6 months to get New jersey Medical license.Is it possible to apply for H1B Visa with New jersey medical license under processing ?
