H1 Ext
Sir;
I am on H1B for 10 years, 11th year's H1 extension was denied in Dec 2009, the denial is due to government (USCIS) error, it says, " I-140 has been denied so H1 can not be extended".
My I-140 has not been denied, we have all documents \ proof that I-140 has not been denied.
Mostly denial notice has option to appeal to AAO, but my H1 denial notice has given NO option to appeal to AAO, how can we get it fixed.
