I am on H1-B valid till 2012 with company A. I have an offer with company B who have applied for my H1-B transfer and already got the LCA receipt. Now I have an offer from another company C as well who want to transfer my H1-B- I want to join C and reject company B. My questions are:
1) Can company C apply for my H1-B transfer although company B has already applied for my H1-transfer?
2) Does company C need a copy of my company B's H1-B transfer application/receipt when they apply for my H1 transfer or can they simply apply for my H1 transfer without even caring for company B?
