Q.

Visa expired and going for stamping in India

Hi i have a strange case please help me out
my first h1b & I94 expired on May15th,09 filed h1B extn thru comp A on Apr28th,09 got denial on jun17th,09 i have appealed the case & have applied H1B thru comp B got denied for comp B on sep24th,09 meanwhile i continued working till Nov3rd,09 and left US on Nov4th,09 to INDIA just before 180 days and now i filed my 3rd H1B thru comp C on Nov9th,09 and got an approval on Nov23rd,09 i have to face VISA interview on Dec 9th,09

Q1 : Can i show my paystubs which were generated from may15th,09 till Nov4th,09 to consular officer if asked ?

Q2 : If consular officer asks me why did u work even after your first H1B/VISA got expired on May15th,09

Q3 : Please kindly provide me the best answers to face the interview for my case.
