Q.

L1B to H1B change while I-485 is pending

I applied for AOS while on L1B sponsored by co. A I applied for AOS through my wife who is a US citizen. Now I have an offer from some other co. B which is sponsoring my H1B.
My questions are :
1.What will happen to my I-485 application which was originally applied on L1-B status for co. A ?

2.currently I am out of US for some urgent work (L1 visas are dual intent so I dnt need parole according to USCIS).Now if I accept the job offer by co. B and then try to enter on my new H1B visa can I be denied entry?
