Hi,

I came to US on H4 visa March 2008 , I got my H1 approved by compnay A in Oct 2008 .

My husband worked on H1 visa with Company A, his H1 visa was expired on March 2009 and he shifted his H1 to Company B, and my H1 was with previous consulting company A.

My Company A lost their clients and could not pay me and I dont have any pay stubs, my Company A revoked my H1 in May/June 2009, without informing me, or issuing any termination notice.

Its November now, Can I go to India(my home country) and come back on H4 visa of my husbands company B.
