Q.

Maintain L1 status when H4 got approved inspite of withdrawal

I had quit a US Company's affliate abroad in Sep 2007. I came to US on H4 & the US company hired me on L1B. I was about to quit the company due to work location problem in Sept 2009 and I applied for COS from L1B to H4 and notified US company about it. Later on they agreed to chang the work location to favorable one and I sent withdrawal for H4 on Oct 13 2009.Now instead of closing my H4 COS, H4 got approved.
How can I maintain my L1 status.
1.Has my L1 cancelled as COS to H4 was approved?
2.Can I still be employed?
3.I believe I cant apply for a new L1 as 1 yr in past 3yrs is
Nov2006 to Nov2007 and I had quit the affliate company in Sep 2007.
4.I called USCIS (VSC) they said they will eventually get to H4 withdrawal letter and withdraw h4 & I'll be out of status
Please help
