H1 Transfer

Currently working for company A on contract till Nov 30.
Got offer from company B, submitted papers for H1 transfer.
Meanwhile expecting another offer from company C which I would like to consider but might take some time to start H1 transfer.
Questions:
1.Can I have B and C process my H1 based on current documents from A?
2.Considering Yes to #1: If in case I get approval for B as they are processing early and C is still pending then can I work with B for some time and then join C after approval for C?
3.If No to #2: Will it make any difference if I ask C to file concurrent H1 instead of H1 transfer(extension)?
4.Should I wait for B's approval and join B for a while and then transfer from B to C? How soon I can start H1 transfer from B to C, in terms of number of paystubs.
