Q.

H1 B Transfer to new employer with visa stamped till 2011

i am planning to change the employer from the current employer.i have a question regarding the same.my visa got stamped recently and is valid till Dec 2011 with my current employer and when i change my employer do i need to do a stamping again.i need to travel back to india on June 2010 and reenter US can ienter with my current visa and a valid H1 Approval(I797).i heard that if my employer cancel my H1b visa then the stamping in not valid and need to redo stamping. please give me a guidence on whether i need to do a stamping again if my current employer cancel and i can enter US with the old stamping and new employer petition
