Q.

H1B visa renewal

I was required by immigration processing center to provide more information. company's Federal tax income and DE6 and other company profile. also my W-2 and three months pay stub. our company got hit by the economy crisis and my pay was only 3300/month in 2008,which is less than prevailing wage(28.16/hour.) it shows on my W-2 and DE6, i got paid 4800/month in the last three months.
Now if i submit the documents, the immigration will find out that i was underpaid, and others told me that my H1b visa will be denied. Are there any ways out? I really need your help.
I have until Dec 17th to submit everything. if I got denied and leave the country, can my employer apply H1b visa again for me in couple of months?
