Q.

H1

I just asked you yestrday about my case and kind still unclear.
I have H1 status expires on Jan 2010, on Aug 2009 empolyer filed for H1 extension, I left the states on sep/09 and re-entered using AP Oct/09, while i was overseas i went to US consulate and applied to get the H1 visa stamp for the current H1 status which expires on Jan 2010, I didnt mention anything about the pending H1 extension to them,I returned back coz was still waiting for administrative proeccssings.
1-does that affect the H1 extension in California center which is still pending?
if does what I have to do?
2-you said no need to send letter to USCIS says that i rentered the US using AP, but In case the pending I 485 get denied, i ll be out of status? so giving that my H1 extension still pending, what do u advice me?
