Q.

H1b transfer

1.My H1 COE documents have been sent to USCIS, can i start working for the new employer?
2.If in case the H1 transfer gets denied, is it possible to again join my old employer provided my old employer doesn't revoke my H1 visa but didn't pay me when i was working for the new company that filed my H1 transfer.
3.During H1 transfer is it legal to get paid both by old and new employers, since there is a possibility of my old employer paying me next month, for the work that i have done till now for this month and also the new employer would pay me next month for the work that i am planning to start this week.
4.If in case I decide to switch back to previous employer while h1b transfer is in process and also the new employer has paid me,is it possible to do it?
