Q.

H1B Visa Transfer

I have following situation

1. First H1B Transfer Petition, Company B, Status Denied, Reason - Two LCAs filed instead one, Petition filed on 06/26/2009 denied on 09/15/2009

2. Second H1B Transfer Petition, Company B, Status Approved, Document I797B, Petition filed on 10/06/2009 approved on 10/16/2009 valid till 01/26/2010

3. Now, I am having Job offer from Company A Their Immigration lawyer tells me to go back and get stamped before I take the transfer or give me the reason for the denial on paper

What are the options I am having here?
