Q.

H1 Transfer denied/ VISA,I-94 expires on Nov-08-2009,Plz Advice

H1B VISA from previous employer XYZ is Valid from 11/09/2006 to 11/08/2009 but, XYZ applied for H1B revoke in May-2009.
04/23/2009=ABC filed H1Btransfer;08/03/2009=RFE(asking for client details) ; 09/03/2009=Response(given details about in-house project); 10/13/2009=Denial decision notice
MyConcerns:1)My status now? 2)What are my options.3)Shall I apply for a new H1 (rather than transfer) via premium from the same company ABC with details about the client/project where I am presently working since three weeks(project is for a six months contract to begin with) or is it advisable to go to another employer.4)Shall company ABC re-open the case & submit current client details, if so my eligibility to work while case is pending, if not any other options like CPT to continue my work at client.
