H1 Extension Question

I work for a Financial Services Company as a Software Developer. The firm sponsored my first H1B from 10/1/2006 to 9/30/2009 while I was working at their Chicago branch.
Few months ago, I was asked to relocate to their New York office starting 10/1/2009. My H1B extension from 10/1/2009 to 9/30/2012 had listed New York as the primary work location (in the LCA). Subsequently, my H1B extension was approved and I moved to New York on 10/1/2009.

While reviewing my approved H1B petition, I noticed that my attorney did not file any amendment for the job location change during the H1 extension. Is this OK? I am scheduled to get my H1B stamped next month, should I be bothered?
