My wife was sent to stamping in India(hyd) during Apr09 and got a 221(g)Query and i can provide all the doucments except 1 doc( paystubs and bankstatements from Mar09 to sep09).
1) In US consulate when will they remove the Query case number from there database?
2)I dont have the paystubs and proper bankstaments.what should i do for her Query? one of the Query in 221(g) requests for all paystubs and monthly bank stamements for 2009
3)Can she reapply a new visa application?(I dont think this is possible because the US consulate might contain her Query updated)
4)what happens if i ask the consulate to withdraw her case saying she is not intrested at this point?
5)please send me any other options ?
6)can she try a visiting visa or H1 and come here if i cant get her on H4(lastpref)?
