Q.

Travel after H1b Transfer

Hi. I came to US on Company A H1b and my Visa on Passport is Valid till Sep - 2010 for Company A. I did my h1 Transfer to Company B on Dec 2008 and I have new approval notice which is valid till May - 2011 and it also has I-94 form attached. I am travelling outside of US ( Going to India) for around 26 days. Do I need to Submit my White I-94 form as well as right hand side I-94 form in my new approval notice(797)? I am not planning to go for stamping so Can I re-enter US with my Old Valid Visa Stamp (with Company A and Valid till Sept - 2010) and New Approval Notice ( Company B and Valid Until May - 2011)? Will the officer give me new validity in my I-94 while entering US?
Is there any risk? Please answers my these questions..I am really confused.
