Q.

H1 Transfer got denied

I applied H1 Transfer from company A to B. However my Transfer got denied on Aug 19th 2009. When I spoke with Company A, they told that they already revoked my H1B on May 2009. It shows online case status as: REOPENED. Meanwhile I got an offer from company C and they applied for Transfer on Aug 25th 2009. They used company A’s Approval Notice and company B's Receipt copy. Unfortunately this transfer also got denied on Sept 28th 2009. I still have I-94 that is valid until 2011. Now Please let me know what the possible options are.

1. If company C files Refiles denial Notice /Motion to Reopen, can I still work for C?
2 Can I still file for H1 Transfer? I have all Paystubs from companies A, B and C.There is no gap of Paystubs.

I request to please advise me all possible options.
