My question is if I can still file H1B extension if my H1B got expired BEFORE my PERM got approval.My PERM will be file on 10/2 and my H1B will be expired on 3/1/09. With current processing speed, do you think I still have chance to get my PERM approved before my H1B got expired? If not, what options do I have in order to continue working for my current company? Also what are the options that I can continue get paid by my current company if I need to present choices for them.

I also need to know once I have to leave US due to my H1B got expired, when or by what stage of the Green card processing I can come back again? Thank you.
